Designs, builds, tests, documents, deploys, and maintains the company's software systems.
Responsibilities
- →Build frontend, backend, database, API, authentication, authorization, deployment, and integration components as assigned.
- →Make and explain architecture decisions appropriate to a lean company.
- →Write maintainable code and meaningful tests.
- →Diagnose and correct defects escalated through Technical Support.
- →Document setup, dependencies, deployment, data changes, and known limitations.
What We're Looking For
- →A real engineer who can reason independently and explain every important part of submitted work.
- →Practical full-stack capability, secure habits, curiosity, humility, and ownership.
Preferred Background
- →Computer science, software engineering, bootcamp, apprenticeship, military technical work, self-teaching, open-source work, or professional experience are all acceptable paths.
Required Proof of Competence
- →Portfolio or code samples with a detailed technical walkthrough.
- →Timed debugging exercise.
- →Small build exercise with requirements, tests, and documentation.
